At Gymlab, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and smoothly. Please find our shipping terms below:

Shipping Timeline

- Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days across India

Note: Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, or due to unforeseen logistics delays.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India.
For international shipping requests, please reach out to us at support@gymlab.in.

Shipping Charges

- Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India
- Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹150 extra (available in select areas)

COD may not be available in certain remote or limited-service locations.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp for you to monitor the delivery status.

Missed Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)

If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the order may be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).

- Prepaid Orders: Will be re-shipped once we confirm your address.
- COD Orders: Will be canceled, and a fresh order will need to be placed.
