EXCHANGE POLICY
At Gymlab, we take pride in delivering high-quality products that meet your expectations. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we’re happy to help with an exchange in case of sizing or color issues, provided the product meets the conditions below.
Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item:

Is unused, unwashed, and unaltered

Is in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact

Is free from stains, odour, damage, or tears

Shows no signs of wear, perfume, or deodorant residue

Has an exchange request raised within 7 days and is shipped back within 3 working days of approval
Products that do not meet these standards will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's cost.
Non-Exchangeable Products
The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Innerwear, socks, or hygiene-related items

Customized or made-to-order products

Items marked as Final Sale or part of clearance offers

Gift cards or digital vouchers
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact our team at support@gymlab.in or WhatsApp us at 9994552595 with:

Your Order ID

Reason for exchange
-
Preferred size or color (subject to availability)

Clear photos of the item, if requested
We will respond within 1–2 business days with approval and shipping instructions.
Shipping Responsibilities

The cost of shipping the product back to us must be borne by the customer

We recommend using a trackable courier service — we are not responsible for lost return parcels

The shipping fee for the replacement product will be communicated and must be paid before dispatch
Please ensure the product is packed securely to avoid damage in transit.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs.
Once the issue is verified:

A replacement will be sent at no extra cost, or
-
A store credit will be issued if a replacement is unavailable
In such cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
